Dr. Gooch was excellent with my children. My experience with the hygienist was fine. However, when I brought up an insurance issue with the billing department, I received absolutely no help! I left messages, my insurance company left a message, and no one ever called me back. I also left 2 messages for the office manager, and still received no response. It's really sad because I think I may have to find another dental office for my children.
Couldn't ask for a better dentist and a nicer staff!
