I want to commend the gentleman in the first service bay. I wasn't feeling well and he took the time to make sure I was okay. He's always made sure I get only the necessary maintenance. I wish I could remember his name,however I will update when I return.

Went in yesterday morning to look at a car that had been listed online for almost a month. Took me an hour to drive over, and upon arriving I get told that the vehicle actually sold a few days ago and just "hadn't fallen off the website yet." Pretty bad business practice not to keep your online listings up to date. Key attributes about Austin is he stays in contact with you throughout the process (but not in a annoying car salesman type of way who won't leave you alone while you're trying to think), he is down to try and price match the best legit invoice offer you've got from other dealerships.
