This has been, without exaggeration, the worst service experience I’ve ever had. My car has been sitting in your lot for four days with zero progress or communication. When I came in at 9 AM to pick up my keys and take my car elsewhere, I was told, “Sorry about that, I’ll get in touch and see what’s going on with the car.” Since then, nothing.
