This is my second time dealing with Kia of Dublin and again I would like to bring special attention to Victor inthe service department for helping me with this very difficult situation he was alway very professional and always kept me in the loop every step of the way
Couldn't be happier with my experience dealing with Coughlin and particularly Kaiwan. He worked with me to meet me where I wanted to be and helped get me into my new vehicle. He wasn't too pushy or overly aggressive which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.
Had great experience with Austin. He was super helpful in showing us a variety of cars and getting one we were happy with. He and brian made the purchasing really easy and quick.
I am a repeat customer and HIGHLY recommend this location. I have purchased a few new and used cars at this location and worked with Mark Andrijowych. I have found him to be caring, knowledgeable and as enthusiastic as one would be to purchase a new car. The service dept is also very caring and helpful as well. They simply do not just go through the motions here ... I call them the Caring Coughlin Kia Crew ! Thank you all for being one of the best dealers around. Love our cars and all of you!
