Doug goes over and beyond in making sure your house sells or that you find the home you are looking for. I have used him to rent places and to sale a house in Austin. Excellent job!! I will use him again when the need presents!
I've worked with Doug Goff on multiple properties, and I've been happy each time. In our most recent search, we looked at quite a few houses over several months, making multiple failed offers due to high demand in the area before finding an amazing place. The whole time, Doug was always responsive and willing to go out of his way to make sure we were able to look at any houses we were interested in.
Just all around good job. I myself have been in sales for 30 years so I do expect lots when I am a customer & Doug met that criteria. I didn't have to chase him down, he got it done. If needed (rental) I will use him again
So, Douglas helped me find my first apartment in 2015 and then buy my first home a year and a half later. He understands his clients’ needs, likes/dislikes and really worked hard. He goes above and beyond. Now we just sold that home for a really great profit, which was his and my goal from the beginning. I highly recommend Douglas!!!
