We've worked with CEI for over 10 years now and couldn't be happier! Our sales rep, Darren McCarver, has made new equipment and service contracts a breeze... and is always saving us money! The whole team is courteous and efficient, handling everything from technical issues to toner refills. Darren and the other CEI team members we work with regularly feel more like friends than business reps. They're always there when we need them! :)

I am the owner of Young Law Offices, PLLC (a small business). I have been working with CEI and Yolanda Hawkins for the past 3 1/2 years. At no time have I felt overlooked. I feel that CEI values my business. Yolanda has always been available to answer questions and even delivered copier toner to the office a few weeks ago. My company has partnered with CEI: The Digital Office for our copier needs for over 2 years now, and couldn't be happier! Lots of companies talk a good game at first, but slack off service-wise once papers are signed, but CEI has maintained a high level of service to us all along. They're fast with service when our equipment needs it, and respond quickly when we just have a quick question or need advice. We work with Mark Clark, and highly recommend him. His knowledge and flexibility are a true asset to the company!
I have been working with CEI for a few years now. They are fabulous. They were able to work with our budget and fill our exact needs for copier services, scanning, etc. Blake does a great job of staying in touch which I think is so important. I love our new copier and I cannot believe how much time it saves me everyday! I highly recommend this company!
