I’ve been waiting to set my printer up with my laptop in my office for at least two weeks now. I’ve called on numerous occasions and left two voicemails. They claim they called me back but I have no missed calls and my voicemail is capable of accepting messages. Probably the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I generally only give bad reviews when I am truly dissatisfied and you guys won.
