Dr. Cecilia listens to me and understands me, she cares about every detail and refers me to the necessary specialists.
Ms Silva has no business working with patients she is not only condescending she also made up a blood pressure result that she put in my chart. I had extremely elevated blood pressure taken by nurse twice, diastolic was triple digits and although she said nurse would recheck it before I left she never asked her to recheck a 3rd time and next day I look at my visit notes and a random normal blood pressure reading that was never mine is the only one on my record. That is known as falsifying records Ms Silva.
Went to visit and told Dr. Silva I was out of my diabetic medicine and needed them to be refilled. I've been calling for the last two days to have them refilled. Was told she has been seeing patients, someone would get back to me and yet Noone has reached back out. I'm still out of my diabetic medication and my sugars are running high. I would not recommend this doctor. It seems she has to many patients and doesn't have the time to take care of them. I will be changing doctors. Unacceptable not to care for your patients.
