Lived here for YEARS! Unprofessional management super unhelpful, angry, and dismissive! I had issues with neighbors banging on my door and windows and they did nothing! They’ll take your money, hand you keys to an EXPENSIVE apartment that is literally infested with roaches and need repairs. Prepare yourself for the lack of parking spots EVERYTIME and you’re not even safe parked in your own parking spot. Very nice complex. The place is kept fairly tidy and nearly manicured.
I just moved to this apartment one month ago, the lease office staff behavior is very very very rude and not helpful! I stay in second floor and the apartment manager is in first floor, she send us email and give us call that we shouldn’t walk after 9 pm! I am coming from my work around 11 pm and I have to open and close the door and windows and take a shower… therefore some noises are common.
