Very nice complex. The place is kept fairly tidy and nearly manicured.
I just moved to this apartment one month ago, the lease office staff behavior is very very very rude and not helpful! I stay in second floor and the apartment manager is in first floor, she send us email and give us call that we shouldn’t walk after 9 pm! I am coming from my work around 11 pm and I have to open and close the door and windows and take a shower… therefore some noises are common. The leasing office staff is consistently rude and unhelpful, particularly an older woman who always seems irritated—perhaps it’s time for her to retire.
