Tons of homeless digging through the trash one even tried to steal my credit card info that was in the trash. The manager that I signed with was very nice and let me know that no tenants should expect to receive even half of the security deposit back this is the first apartment complex I've ever leased that hasn't returned my full security deposit back. Incredibly weird.
The manager will only favor and have her own friends move in with absolutely no children into a 3 bedroom while a family with children need a place to live, need to contact HUD and report this.
I recently lived here for about two years. Angelica is incredibly kind and helpful when it came to whatever I needed! The maintenance guy was also very nice and knowing that security is on premises was comforting. Cedarwood is a great place to live, thank you Angelica!!!
I have lived here for over a month now and it’s my first apartment ever. My experience has been one of the best I’m truly grateful for the staff the manager is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet she always answers any questions I have and is always on top of everything, and the maintenance is amazing he’s a super nice guy and whenever you need anything fixed he comes right away. Cedarwood is a great place to live it’s very peaceful and feels very safe and is well maintained!
