We left another hospital after finding out that Dr. Lindgren had joined Cedars. Dr. Lindgren is patient, kind, thorough, accommodating and answered our many questions. We were able to have to surgeons come together to do separate procedures, so our son wouldn’t be put under multiple times. Dr. Lindgren took extra steps during surgery to make sure there wasn’t other bones that needed to be addressed. We are very pleased to have her as part of our sons team.
The most disjointed maze -- I mean, hospital -- I've ever been to. I was billed INCORRECTLY $11,000 for an MRI test. It was a nightmare to get them to re-process it correctly. I had two more tests scheduled, each quoted at $4,000 (again, incorrectly)... they do nothing right the first time around, whether it's with billing insurance, getting tests pre-authorized, or requesting records being sent elsewhere. Security staff are bad communicators inconsiderate , arrogance. I’m very surprised such a big reputation of a hospital.
