0- My grandfather lived here and it’s a little shady. Angela seemed to not care about our family’s needs and questions when moving him out. I don’t recommend for any elder individual. “Helping” seemed more like scamming or taking advantage of elders. Just my opinion 🤷♀️
Clean community, nice spaces for the residents, spacious living arrangement.... ETA.... After years... This place has not gone down hill... It plummited into the dark abyss... Increase in bugs... Wasps, bed bugs roaches galore... Lack of maintenance... Someone I know in The building their closet door has been broken for over a year... The air/heat works when it wants to... They are not allowed to use the community kitchen without paying for it... This is a HUD building for seniors and disabled .. several are on oxygen... Sev... read more
I'm giving them a zero. It was a nice place when I moved in 2022. But with the new management it went downhill. There is a door in the front entrance handle that got broken 2 years ago, they fixed it with duck tape. We had to fight last year to get the air conditioning and heating on in the hallways and common areas. We used to be able to use the community kitchen whenever we wanted, but they locked it on us last year you have to pay to use it. We always cleaned it when we where done. Zero stars from me I live there for 2 1/2 years I just moved out it was the worst place ever they have the worst management there they treat The seniors horrible they don’t talk to him most of the time won’t address their needs the place is starting to get run down it’s dirty in there it stinks Two years ago they stalled a bunch of Salvation Army boxes with $20 gift cards in them that belong to the people in that building and they did not get them because she thought that somebody on the outside needed it more than the peopl... read more
