The Cedars at Woodland Hills – Tulsa, OK I toured The Cedars at Woodland Hills and it immediately felt like the right place for me. When I arrived, I was in the middle of a difficult neuropathy episode and was extremely emotional. Kristin was simply amazing. She was incredibly patient, gave me all the time I needed to get back to a mental baseline, and her calm, kind temperament handled the situation extraordinarily well. Look elsewhere if at all possible. If you want a shocking display of apathy, neglagence, poor communication, then this is your place. If I wasn't exhausted from the fallout of their mistakes I'm still dealing with a week and a half later Id look into accountability for their consistent failures. This place should be closed down.
The Cedars is an amazing place. The environment is clean, inviting and festive. The staff is friendly and speaks to the seniors by name. My mom has been there 14 months and her health has improved immensely. She now has 3 nutritious meals a day and socializes whenever she wants. There are so many activities that she participates in. They also have a partnership with Synergy, a home health service that can provide additional support if needed.
My mom and I had a terrific visit to the Cedars at Woodland Hills. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our tour and the community was very lively. I would highly recommend anyone looking for senior living in the Tulsa area to check out the Cedars!
