This apartment complex is a stress to live in and move out of. They took most of my deposit for small things that go unwarranted. They charged $15 for missing shower head - which I upgraded because the office manager told me that it was ok (the old one didn't work). $25 to repair drywall damage - they told me that I could hang anything in my apartment. If anyone s review is valid, I feel it would be mine. I ve lived in every type of apartment Cedargate has to offer (one bedroom, two bedroom & studio). The furnishings are outdated, the apartments are HIGHLY overpriced for their size and management is severely unprofessional. I could tell you about the faulty A/C units or the drastic lack of space, but my main issue is Management. I ve been accused of having someone not on the lease living with me (which was untrue). Neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot of conveniences, but the property itself is very poorly managed. The property manager will not respond quickly to concerns regarding the unit, if at all, and refuses to work with customers regarding payments. I was refused a renewal on my lease after one year because of occasional late payments on rent, though my rent was always paid and I even paid the additional late fees. This property is not the best and I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can.

This place is horrible. Outdated and the heating and air units are like the old cheap hotel window units, loud and ineffective. Very small and overpriced. YOU CAN DO WAY BETTER FOR THE PRICE!
