Honestly I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I've been to many Walk in Clinics, this has by far been the worst. Some concerns to address 1. Dr. Hasantha only is here 1 week during the Month. 2. The receptionist for Dr Hasantha is NEVER on time. I generally like the first appointment so I'm in an out. Clinic open at 10am... she doesn't roll in till 10:15-10:20 and then gives us attitude. 3. Other receptionists will not talk to you if you are not dealing with their doctor. 4. I like to mention my concern very sadly,I believe this is nothing against any staffs but I have a rights as a patient and ignored and cancelled my appointment with Dr. Hasantha by some of staffs,when I informed to Ali syed owner to contact me he didnt even replied me, some of the staffs who called me and booked my appointment with Dr. Hasantha and at the same time they add me to a whatsapp group without my permission and I left from there, then they messaged me that my appointment is cancelled due to I left the whatsapp grou... read more
I am writing in regards to the front desk receptionist. I’ve showed up to this clinic once this week and called three times to keep getting turned away being told that the doctor is ‘sick on emergency’ then to be told on the fourth call that she isn’t taking new patients for walk-in. Also when I called she answers “Hello”. And nothing else? I had to ask if it was the clinic? Then her attitude proceeding was atrocious. Worst Experience with receptionist so called (Priyanka). Every time visit in as walk-in she always gives preference to her community people I don’t understand their language but understand their body language. As always she don’t tell how long waiting time or after how many patients in queue instead she reads patients from which community belongs as per that she send to see doctor.
