I came in with very itchy eyes and a strange foreign-body sensation to the clinic. Dr Lorenz was knowledgeable, attentive, and took my concerns seriously. I’m very happy with the care I received, and my symptoms are now completely resolved. Thank you!
This may have been the smoothest experience i have ever had at any establishment in my whole life! They saw me in the morning even though I didnt have an appointment, and Dr. Peter Lorenz was so kind to me. Their secretary even personally brought me my health card back after I had accidentally left it behind. Wonderful staff and seamless experiences. 10/10!
Dr. Lorenz and staff were excellent. My 5 year old is very nervous at any medical appointments, but Dr. Lorenz handled her so wonderfully and put her at ease. He is great with kids! He's also very thorough and patient. He listens and provides clear advice and treatment recommendations. The front desk staff were also pleasant and efficient. It was a pleasure visiting and our whole family will be lifelong patients now!
My dad came from cuba with a piece o metal stuck in his eye and we had to hurry and see a doctor, we called this clinic without insurance or health card and within 24 hours my dad had an appointment and had the piece removed. Very kind and gentle doctor, he really explained every step in the process. I’ll for sure save this address for any emergency or appointment needed.
Dr Lorenzo was very patient and kind. I thought I had a piece of my contact stuck in my eye and was worried about it. He patiently listened to the reason for my visit and did a thorough check, explaining the procedures and making me feel comfortable during them. The receptionists were also very kind as I explained my situation. They tried to get me in as soon as possible and provided me with all the necessary information before I made the appointment. I am very happy with my visit and would go again!
