Toured the property with Kaylee and she answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful with the whole process.
I applied for an apartment and submitted my 200.00 fee. I received an auto reply email. After a week of no other reply, I tried calling and emailing and received no response. After a month of no contact, I disputed the charge on my card with my bank. A couple of months later the charge was upheld and not only did this fraud of a company keep an application fee with zero response to the application, but submitted it as a collections on my credit report!
