I moved out at the end of 2016 after nearly five years of living in this apartment. I’m unsure about the current management, but during my time there, I was very satisfied. For such a low rent, it was one of the best apartments I could find. While it wasn’t perfect, I truly appreciated this place for providing me with a wonderful, affordable, and conveniently close-to-campus living experience.
I lived in that apartment complex at 400 Hialeah Dr. It was a very quiet area to live. What I didn't like was the poor maintenance of the apartments and surroundings. In 1 year they raised my rent twice. I don't understand why they charged different rents if all the apartments are the same. They are all 1 bedroom. Office is worthless for fixing any problems, my apartments carpet was flooded for a week because of a leaking water pipe, the office told me they didint have anyone to send, after they finally fixed the leak they left the floor wet and smells of mod and mildew. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

THEY HAVE THE WORST MANGER WHEN YOU REPORT SOMEONE IS HAVING ABOUT 6 PEOPLE LIVING IN APARTMENT AND ALL THHEY SAY WE WILL LOOK INTO IT. BUT THEY ARE STILL THERE . WHAT IF A FIRE BROKE OUT THEY WOULD HAVE TO FIGHT EACH OTHER TO GET OUT. THAN YOU HAVE PEOPLE THAT WAS KICKED OUT THAT HAD A HOT ROD THAT HE WOULD GOOSE HIS MOTOR AND IT SHAKES THE APARTMENTS .
