Do NOT move here! It’s awful!
I moved out at the end of 2016 after nearly five years of living in this apartment. I’m unsure about the current management, but during my time there, I was very satisfied. For such a low rent, it was one of the best apartments I could find. While it wasn’t perfect, I truly appreciated this place for providing me with a wonderful, affordable, and conveniently close-to-campus living experience.
I lived in that apartment complex at 400 Hialeah Dr. It was a very quiet area to live. What I didn't like was the poor maintenance of the apartments and surroundings. In 1 year they raised my rent twice. I don't understand why they charged different rents if all the apartments are the same. They are all 1 bedroom. I moved 3 months ago, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Well maintained, and after I moved in, they raised the rent again 2 weeks later.
