If anyone out there is having computer problems, be it laptop or desk, I would like to recommend an awesome business, Cedar Valley Tech. The computer where I work is about 8 years old and had never been serviced or cleaned. Also the backup hadn't worked since 2013. I took it in to Jeff at Cedar Valley Tech computer service. I called Tim twice within the past week, once for a broken left mouse button on my laptop and then once more when my charger wouldn't work. Stopped by on Wednesday night and Tim knew exactly what needed to be done and gave me an estimate right away. Get a call Thursday that everything has been fixed and it was ready for pick up. A much better situation than Best Buy who would have shipped it out for 2+ weeks and cost over $100. Great fast service from a man with great knowledge and experience with computers which makes him so fast and good at fixing computers. He was able to fix my labtop in 24 hours after giving it to him. He was also able to help me understand how to avoid the same problem for later and you don't get that from other places, cause those other places want you to come back with more problems. In my opinion he doesn't charge to much for his services compared to other places
Tim is a tech saver!! I work from home and my external hard drive broke. That thing has my whole work life on there. I called him up and went to his house. He told me exactly what I needed to do without making me feel dumb. SO HELPFUL! Screw Geek Squad, go to Tim.
Brought my laptop in thinking it could be major fix meaning new computer but he quickly figured what was wrong and fixed it right away!!! meaning no new laptop.
