Nothing but props to Tim. He did some troubleshooting to confirm that my motherboard did indeed die, gave me some advice for looking for a new one, and helped install it for me. He even went ahead and tackled windows customer service (a horrible job for anyone) concerning me getting locked out of my windows 10 OS. All I can Say Is how AWESOME Tim is. He really knows his stuff and takes the time to explain your problem in plain English! He has reasonable prices and gets the work done in a reasonable amount of time. As a bonus he is just plain a nice guy and fun to visit with. I have had computers since commodore 64 ( I know I am old LOL) and I would and have HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended Tim at Cedar Valley Tech for ALL your computer fixing needs!
I cannot say enough good things about this business. I called with a question about computer memory, and although he didn't carry what I needed, he took the time to find what I needed and send me the online link so I could buy them. When the time comes that I need computer service, this is the ONLY number I'll call. Thanks again!
