I am writing to share my experience with this practice in the hope that it encourages improvements in its administrative and billing processes. While I found the therapy sessions themselves to be beneficial and had a positive experience with my therapist, my interactions with the offices billing department were frustrating and ultimately overshadowed the quality of the clinical care I received. The practitioners are reasonable but the administration and billing practices are not ethical
i’ve been coming here for months, monica and the staff are amazing! highly recommend. staff gets back to me super fast, if i have any concerns, they make sure to call me and get it situated asap!
Family member missed an appointment due to an emergency, so we called later in the day to explain what happened and offered proof, but instead they're billing us a $125 no show fee - no compassion, no mercy. The front desk lied and said they tried to call us and leave a voicemail but there are no missed calls and there is no voicemail. For a place that's supposed to listen to and help people I'd expect more understanding.
