New to apartment living – I sold my houses and moved into Cedar Trace almost four years ago. I have never had a problem with the staff. Anything I need taken care of is prompt and professionaly handled. I read one negative review and couldn't agree less. Our apartment is located near what ever we need, including stores, restaurants, and major stores including a walk-in health-care unit. Cedar Trace is one handy place to live and it's security seems great as well.
Unlucky people who want to suffer - move in here!!! – It feels torture living in this apartment... Staff attitude is irritating to say the least, old apartments with multiple maintenance problems every other week which are not attended in time... and after you move out they hand over a long list of items for you to pay so that they can renovate the apartment!!! And after all this there is a BIG safety concern!!!
