I am now 6 months sober thanks to Cedar Springs and sober living. I have struggled with addiction for 10+ years and have experienced so many rehab facilities but I have to say this place is top notch. There are so many staff that helped me but the one that I need to shout out is Tiece. She helped me every step of the way and always remembered my name. She was compassionate to my needs through everything. Thank you so much!! If it wasn't for this place, I would have never stayed sober. I don't believe I would have survived.

Cedar Springs hospital was the best place I could have been sent in my time of need. I was inpatient for a week for detox and then went into a program called 3.7 for treatment. All the groups were great. I then met a gaurdian angel named Tiece. She was always checking in on me and the rest but one thing stood out about her.. she cared and she knew every one of our names. She helped me get set up with sober living and out patient PHP and she walked me over the morning I left. I hate that I can only give her 5 stars because sh... read more

Great hospital and staff. Dr Shores and Teice are two people I want to highlight in this review. I went from inpatient to the rehab program and then after 8 days I went to the out patient program. I tell you what these two people saved my life and Teice took care of everything after DC, she even escorted me personally to IOP. thank you for saving me!

Cedar Springs helped me be the man I am becoming. I came to the hospital a few months back because I was having a mental breakdown and was feeling suicidal.. I knew that I needed more help so I reached out, and I am glad I did. I stayed for a few days and was cared for by every one who crossed my path, they took great care of me. Once I was able to get my meds right I started feeling better, happier and ready to return to work, but I knew that I still needed more and I met a women (I cant remember her name) she helped me und... read more

They messed up my meds, but they were affirming and welcoming towards transgender patients. I'm one of them, so I can say from experience. They did some constructive meetings, check-ins, and safety planning. They made sure I wasn't in a bad place before they discharged me. I left with a frown because I hadn't felt so cared for by a hospital, and was sad to leave. Had Mexican food afterwards. Speaking of, there food is GOOD!!!

Ceader springs has my women taken meds she can't take that makes her nervous bad. And the doctors are ignoring her. Now l take her to castle rock for her never block and l have called her original doctor and have them call ceader springs. And you know what they did they didn't listen to what l said or let her doctor tell them what she really need. She doesn't need to be on meds. She needs her never block by her original doctor. there not caring about Susan Merrill my women there should be a lawsuit. I'm the one who ta... read more

*Toxic Staff * I was on a hold for a suicide attempt in 2017 for 5 days, I was not checked in for 6-7 hours when I was bumped there and made to stand or lay on the floor in front of everyone until midnight. I am a disabled person and this was torture for me as well the belittling by two other staff at different times for requests that were not unreasonable, to be called “too needy” and a “pain” because I’m in pain physically, mentally and emotionally and crying and coming undone in a place that should be safe to do so, to ... read more
