The new management is lacking. They fail to take accountability for their mess ups. The prices of apartments go up every year because of “market” yet half of these apartments haven’t been updated in years….. people don’t pick up their dog poop and it is everywhere and the management doesn’t care. Our experience with the manager (Tara) and the new maintenance guy (Craig) have amazing !!! We are so thankful for them. They get the job done and they get it done right. When anything needs fixed or looked at it’s always done in a timely manner.
Property manager is absolutely amazing
I’ve recently joined the Cedar Run community and have to say the first impression has been amazing. The area is quiet and well maintained, tucked back away from US24. A lot of nature around with trees and ponds. The management and maintenance crew has been exceptional. They were able to answer any questions I had and were quick to help with getting my washer installed. I haven’t rented in 11+ years and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m very happy with my decision to move to Cedar Run Apartments!
