Our experience with the manager (Tara) and the new maintenance guy (Craig) have amazing !!! We are so thankful for them. They get the job done and they get it done right. When anything needs fixed or looked at it’s always done in a timely manner.
Property manager is absolutely amazing
I’ve recently joined the Cedar Run community and have to say the first impression has been amazing. The area is quiet and well maintained, tucked back away from US24. A lot of nature around with trees and ponds. The management and maintenance crew has been exceptional. They were able to answer any questions I had and were quick to help with getting my washer installed. I haven’t rented in 11+ years and wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m very happy with my decision to move to Cedar Run Apartments!
Very clean, quiet setting. Neighbors are friendly and most seem respectful and abide by community rules. Moved here with 2 children and we love it so far. Maintenance is great and management is fantastic,thank you Stephanie!
