I’ve had nothing but issues since day moved in Bianca and rose make it seem like nothing is wrong and maintenance tells them lies just to half ass fix the issue they don’t care about anything but getting paid these townhomes have a huge roach problem to on top of alot of other issues it’s funny about their comment below because I just had the mold inspector in my house and said it was fine other then what was tested smh not worth the money im in and out the hospital due to mold
I have lived here for almost 3 years and I have to say this is the best staff that this community has had. Bianca and Rose showed up and showed out for the tenants. I am so grateful for them, they are also there to support and make sure that anything and everything is done correctly and in a timely manner. Y’all Rock !!!!! Thanks so much for all that y’all do. I am grateful for hardworking and efficient people like you all !!!! Unlike the last staff, they didn’t care, Y’all do!!! And y’all make a difference 😊!!!👌🏽
After two years they are still one of the best townhomes. The staff is great and helpful, the neighbors are friendly. It’s just a good environment.
Rose and Bianca are VERY helpful and understanding. I had a problem with my unit and they moved me into another one that’s better and cheaper.
I’m so excited I can’t wait to move into my new home. Ms Rose made my application process my filing process. She made every process dealing with this move so very easy and I’m grateful and appreciative for her and her services and I can’t wait for the new life that awaits us at Cedar Ridge.
