Fui a hacer un recorrido con mi hermano y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. Jackie fue muy amable, profesional y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos desde el principio. Contestó todas nuestras preguntas con mucha paciencia y nos explicó todo de manera muy clara. Se nota que realmente le importa ayudar a las personas a encontrar el lugar adecuado. ¡Muchas gracias por la excelente atención!
Tuve una excelente experiencia durante el recorrido. Jackie fue muy amable, paciente y profesional en todo momento. Respondió todas mis preguntas con mucha claridad y se tomó el tiempo para explicar cada detalle, haciéndome sentir muy cómodo y bien recibido. Su actitud tan atenta y servicial hizo que la visita fuera muy agradable. ¡Definitivamente recomiendo hacer un recorrido con ella!
Do not waste your time with this place! This place is most definitely missed managed even by the regional manager Jessie! Should make sure your not on speaker before with your maintenance team in front of your resident you are just as unprofessional as the team you manage. Do no move here from Bianca blocking my wife's email to closing out unresolved maintenance request, to the neighbors urinating all over the place all because I pointed out her issues of the bandage on top of bandage fixes. This place you will only move in to have to turn around and move out 6 months to a year cause the incompetent of this managed place! Run from here!
