Good luck with maintenance. They just come in, call you stupid, and leave. Specially the kid. And you have to beg them to put in skylight blinds. But then they still won't. Us neighbors talk you know. We are all fed up. Duplex folk at least.
my family has been living here for more than one year.I like the clean place there are different kind activity every season .last month free breakfirst were prepared on the main entrance for residents It looks like a big family here
We hate it here. Management sucks. Maintenance sucks more. Our bath is broken and has been running hot water ALL of Saturday September 19 and they claim it's not an emergency enough to fix it. It "may" be fixed on Monday. Needless to say this is only the most recent of our problems and we CANNOT WAIT to leave next month.
Not thrilled with maintenance. When its the hostest weekend of the year and you tell the office your 85 year old Pops air isnt working right, I would think they should check back at some point and make sure that an old persons air conditioner ON THE HOTTEST WEEKEND OF THE YEAR is really working. The thermostat has been set at 68 since 3 when maintenance man was out. At 10 pm it is still 82 and stuffy in the apartment. Wonder if maintenance man is having a good evening cause I am sweating.
Me and my husband have lived here for 8 months so far and we love it. Great staff, great quite comunity, we love the fact we can go exercise down at the club house, we can barrow dvds, we can play pool, in the summer we can go swimming at the pool at the clubhouse and we can do our laundry while we play pool, or go exercise.
