Maintenance response sucks. Office staff is terrible. Worst move in experience ever. We've gone without hot water for 2 days, and now we have no AC or heat. Maintenance called us back and said because it is 60 degrees outside they wont come and fix it until tomorrow. Might I mention we have a 2 year old. I dont care what the temp is outside I pay rent for my utilities to WORK. This place is a joke.
This is a wonderful place to call home! The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to help you. The apartment is clean and well taken care of. If there are any problems the maintenance crew gets it fixed in no time! I would definitely recommend Cedar Ridge Apartments.
Love Cedar Ridge. Lived there for 5 years. The new management the past year has done wonders to the place!! Would stay, but relocating for work.
Think twice before you move there, it's not what's advertised.
They want to charge me $700 for move out cleaning etc. I left that place cleaner than when I moved in. They're just trying to rip me off. The carpet was shampooed three months before I moved out now they're charging me to shampoo it again when the carpet was spotless. Do not move here they will steal your deposit. You will be hearing from my attorney.
