RecommendedHave lived in Cedar Brooke for a few months now. Maintenance was quick to help with the orders we put in when we moved in to make sure we were taken care of and good to go. Pretty quiet neighborhood also!

Been living at the Cedars for about 7 months and I have nothing but good things to say about them! The office people are always so helpful (May have to call twice to get an answer but that’s okay) THE BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM I have ever been with at an apartment. They respond quickly and get everything handle in a timely manner. I love how my light bill is never over 100$ I think it’s because I have the ECO Bee thermostat. The community is so quiet! You all may love Cedar Ridge Apartments now, but wait until you try to move. Be prepared to have your security deposit taken and then have outlandish fees for things that aren't true and they show no proof. I'm talking thousands of dollars folks. I've known three separate people that lived there and it's happened to them. They are still fighting it.

You can never reach anyone at the office and no one returns calls. Maintenance is good, IF they actually come to your unit.

Love the uniqueness of the area and apartments. The rent is the the right price. Most things are done in a timely manner except during this crazy covid 19 times! Thank you.
Wonderful place to call home ,the staff is kind respectful and goes out of their way to fix what needs to be done ,i wold strongly recommend calling cedar ridge your home .

The Cedar Ridge Apartments is a wonderful place to call home! The staff is always nice and friendly and they go out of their way to help you. The apartment is clean and well taken care of. If there are any problems the maintenance crew gets it fixed in no time.
Do not move here.. I have lived here 4 years and going.. so much wrong. Will update my review later.
