This clinic is a really good clinic, they actually mix common sense and fairness with rules & regulations. As with all treatments and medications, some individuals do not take it seriously, some lie to get over prescribed and some abuse the medication. Methadone reduces the risk of overdose when taken daily, so it is definitely positive regardless. At first this clinic was great. Great staff, friendly, and nonjudgmental. Recently they changed the type of methadone to something that doesn’t really work. I’m sure it’s about money which is disappointing. Everything else is a positive experience but the medication change is a pretty big deal. Friendly staff and the other positive attributes don’t really matter much when the main reason you go there, the medication, doesn’t work. I don’t want to change clinics but I’m having to consider it now. It really is a shame
