Word to the wise- this warning will save you- this apartment complex has over 30 homes infested with bedbugs- and it's spreading- they moved me in KNOWING there was bedbugs there- than after they con you for a deposit and rent and you find out there's bedbugs in your home they will send a guy to spray (and this will not get rid of them) but make you throw away your furniture with no reimbursement -- it has been a complete nightmare living here-- if you are naive enough to live here like I was- you will be victimized by this ... read more
management not workable, very rude. water bill was overpriced unwilling to even look into the matter had to go over their heads to get the problem solved. Would not recommend living there. The neighbors were nice.
2 year resident – slow to make repairs, the management lied about when repairs would be done. Lot of mold in bathroom. The unit I was in the counter tops and sinks were painted over to keep you from seeing how old they are and the more you clean them the worse they look because the paint comes up. In my opinon the units closes to the front entrance are better kept because those are the ones you first see when entering. Sadly a murder occurred in those apt. No on site security like they claimed when I first moved in.
