The landlord is an awful person. Throughout my 2 years, she has been constantly harassing me. She tried to force me to pay a pet fee for my service dog, has entered my apartment without notice on multiple occassions, and has tried to force me to pay a late fee before a late fee was applicable. Steer far away from here if you value your peace of mind.
I loved there during and before Katrina. Obviously I lost my job die to the storm but not only 2 months after where they at my door with the police to evict me. I lost everything in my family home and they took everything from me. Choose wisely when you rent they also own hidden oaks on pass road. Horrible company and no values for the true south.
