The staff are all very nice and polite. Affordable!
I can't say enough about the staff at Cedar Lake. My husband had to bring our 15 year old Dalmation in to be put to sleep and everyone they came in contact with was patient, sympathetic, and understanding! They made sure my husband knew what to expect every step of the way. They sent us a sympathy card in the mail (which we appreciate very much) and are making a footprint keepsake. We want to thank you all for being so caring during this terrible time! You guys truly are in the right profession!!
We have had a great experience at Cedar Lake Animal Hospital! I thought I had posted a glowing review, but must have forgotten! We had a senior dog, Albert who unfortunately had to be put to sleep. This wasn't an easy decision as he was deeply loved by our family. Dr. Elkins was very thorough with me after seeing suspicions of cancer. She quickly referred me to a specialist for an ultrasound and talked with me about the results. I felt well informed of our options.
