Nor enough staff, all in one bay treatment area which made me feel exposed
It was a really long wait to see a doctor with hardly any patients in black. I didn’t enjoy all in one Bay Area with other patients discussing my personal health information. We need our SE hospital complete like GW. The cafeteria food gross 🤮
For this to be a new hospital(SMDH) I can see where it is headed, I was there from 11am until about 6 the entire time I did not see anyone come through with a mop, broom or anything resembling hospital sanitation. The smell was horrific, there were people/patience laying on the floor. This may very well be the next places for the homeless and people who need some where to go/hangout, and that's ok if that's what is permitted just sanitize it for those who are there for medical care. Worst staff I’ve ever met honestly. Front desk people are rude. Saw one of them roll their eyes because a person was feeling nauseous and simply asked for a vomiting bag. I had to ask for her because they werent paying attention to her. Asked to speak to the doctor for at least some fluids for my boyfriend and was ignored and never got to speak to him till he suddenly appeared for discharge.
