RecommendedDr. Gross and the staff at Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry were a delight! I visited their office for a second opinion in treatment, and it was a complete night/day difference from the previous office. I'm happy to say I have found my new dentist! You will not be disappointed with this team.
I found that the dental staff changed frequently.. Last visits were with a different dentist each time. When I find a good dentist, I want to use the same dentist each visit.
I love everything about Cedar Hill Modern Dentistry from the receptionist to the dentist. They all go above and beyond to make sure comfortable, educated and pleased. Always sending us discount coupons (love that and keep'em coming) and offering discounts on equipment. I especially loved the discount for food drive. I never go in at the end of the year but that was a nice WIN-WIN.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Clean office and quick appointments!
I had an excellent visit and would recommend anyone to make this their dentistry home. Everyone was really pleasant and you can tell everyone cares about your well being. Even though there was a little wait for the Xrays, I didn't mind because the front desk personal were really polite and nice to chat with. They all are very professional and Porsche made me feel very comfortable. 5 STARS
One of the best dental hygiene experiences I've ever had from Ms. Jessica (RDH) and Dr. Lisa Sibley (DDS). The front desk personnel and dental assistants were also very professional. God Bless the entire team at Modern Dentistry.
Horrible experience! I loved the office when Camille was at the front desk. I arrived and the gentleman was verifying my information with another patient!!! My treatment plan was wrong and Marcy acted as if it was my fault (I had been calling for three weeks to verify my plan); by far the WORST experience and Dr. Sibley is a very caring dentist. I did not even have my dental work completed, I just left due to frustration. It is ridiculous for this type of professionalism from the front desk.
