Price is great. I live in a studio. The owners have tried to update the inside of apartments, but you can tell it was in a rush. Things don't line up together which leaves small holes under cabinetry and door frames. I have had a few cockroaches, but nothing terrible. (I have had a few in more expensive apartments too.) RIP OFF Management is terrible, I've been waiting 3 months for my blinds to be changed and keep getting the run-around. I never see pest control, so you can expect to see those pesky giant roaches. It took till December for management to have the fall leaves taken care of, so clearly they don't care about the experience of the renter. The units are tiny for what you pay.
