This location is extremely undesirable. My cousin currently resides there and is plagued by a persistent mouse infestation, carpenter ants, an ant infestation, and mold within his walls. He has consulted various doctors regarding his depression, and they have recommended that he vacate this complex, as they are unable to resolve his issues. The complex manager remarked, "You signed your lease, so you are stuck until it concludes." This response is profoundly uncaring and demonstrates a lack of empathy towards a tenant. Kitchen floods once a month, washer and dryer always broke, heat does not stay on
Lived in unit E401 and there was a flood from every direction. The tub would back up with grey water as well as the kitchen sink. There were constant leaks from the AC, boiler upstairs and pipes which they only patched and never fixed. They let a water bubble expand in my bathroom over night after I told them about it. Before you say there is t record of me staying there my last name is Kemery and I lived there from 2015-2017 and it was mold city. I had health complications that did not go away til I moved out
My husband and I lived here for a little over 2 years. The maintenance was always very quick and responsive. The office was also very easy to work with and kind. I would highly recommend for a reasonably priced apartment.
This place gave me depression. Finally got out. I’m happy again.
