Smug receptionist. We went to patient first instead. A HS school ID is easy to fake - an original birth certificate, mothers drivers drivers license and ss catd are not.
Slow and short staffed should not be an urgent care center!! 1 dr on and the waiting room is packed �
I just want to thank the Dr that saw me at closing last night. I am feeling a little better. I have my acapela and my spirometer too. It's better than I was last night. Can't thank you enough for understanding what was going on with me. Also a shout out to the older gentleman who made sure I was okay to walk to my car. God bless you both.

We have been patients of Dr.David Shingles for 30 years. Although I didn't have him personally the first 10 years, I was treated with a severe case of pneumonia & had a wonderful doctor there that actually saved my life. I still look back on that experience & I am so grateful. I would not be here except for him. I've been sitting in the waiting room waiting for ekg results since 12:30 @ cedar crest hospital emergency room and no updates whatsoever. Ended up leaving.
Staff was very friendly, but my doctor looked as if he had just woke up and didn't want to be bothered with questions.
Saw a NP a chip on her shoulder. Didn't even know proper auscultation!! (Listen to heart) put stethoscope over my fuzzy fleece jacket and only "twice." Once front once back smh. Wtfff. She spent a whole 3 min w me and I was charged 100$ If I could give a zero I would!!
