The management was rude, they never kept up the property. We had a flooded entry way that took over 2 months to have the gutters fixed. We had to threaten legal action for them to repair their own property. Paid rent on time every month, for about 5 months every month they tried to charge us a $100 late fee that we had to have them correct each time....To top it off they had HUGE PRICE HIKES on the rent every year....over $200 dollars more a month to extend our lease. then the next year over $150....so in two years they bump... read more
