Unit is clean, trees along the street add life to the buildings,garbage are picked up on regular basis, children-friendly, walk ways provide ease and safety especially for the kids.
One of the best places i have ever lived! They do the maintenance super quick and work around my night shift job. The staff has been super friendly as well!
The people around are great and we do things together and always sharing and looking out for each other the neighbors are usually quiet also
Towed my truck with 12 hours notice. Their maintenance team backdated the giant green sticker that I would have noticed. After a week of trying to get ahold of them they finally blew me off. Also moved me into a apartment with a broken fridge (lost about $200 in groceries), fleas everywhere (hundreds in vet bills), opened the bathroom cabinet only to have it fall off, cabinet above fridge falling off, parking sucks after 6pm, grounds unkept, my apartment often smells like weed, Friday nights are the worst when you have to wo... read more
It’s all a lie my boyfriend and I went to look at an apartment yesterday morning, and nothing they had was like what they were advertising! No hot tub, pool was disgusting and closed down! Small club house... nobody greeted us when we walked in and the guy we had an appointment with to look at a specific apartment wasn’t even there! I do not recommend!
The managers are excellent at their job and so are the Maintenance crew are Respectful and nice And so are the managers.
Do something about the parking. Need to have at least one assigned parking space per unit, per building. Tired of people who have covered parking spaces but never use them taking up spaces from other tenants.
Don't do it folks. I moved from one apartment to the next within 2 months because they refused to enforce their non-smoking policy and they required me to put down another deposit. Don't do it.
