**YOU** alone made a BAD/HORRIBLE judgement call with Harry the duck, and this poor angel suffers solely b/c of you! Dr. Nolan....PUT down the surgical instruments on this species **FOREVER** more...You failed miserably.... I chose NO stars but that is not an option here, unfortunately....
They performed bad procedures and suggested the incorrect treatment. Now they don't want to take responsibilities of their bad decisions.
Poor Harry, the duck, has to suffer because of mistakes made here.
An exceptional practice. All staff are friendly, professional, compassionate, and up-front about pets' health issues, treatments, and associated exenses. It is a long drive for me to reach their location, but the service is more than worth it.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. Was late (due to a three hour drive in the snow), and they were very accommodating. Appreciate the service for my ball python. Thanks!

Big Shout out to Dr. Nolan for his patients with my son who is interested in becoming a veterinarian when he gets older. Thanks so much for taking the time to show him some really awesome photos tonight and explaining some of the things you do on a daily basis.
From the Dr's. down through the staff they have been nothing but terrific in the treatment of my animals and my concerns. Someone always calls the next day or two to see how my beloved pet is doing. I have personally watched Dr. Beasley save several pets of mine. If you have any, but for sure, exotic pet, this the place to take them for care. They are extremely skilled and knowledgeable vets. The staff couldn't be nicer or more patient with worried owners of pets. IT DOES'NT GET ANY BETTER.
