Great experience! It was my first time taking my chinchilla Cheech to the vet & everyone there was awesome! I was allowed to go back and see the procedure being done to his teeth & what they were fixing. I wasn’t expecting to be able to watch my little guy go under let alone see what was happening. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about this clinic. Unfortunately, we are “regulars” with our pup. The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I went here with my very sick leopard gecko, they did everything they could to help her with multiple visits but she sadly passed. I appreciate all of their hard work and the loving card I just received. Thank you cedar creek!
We drove from Traverse City to Cedar Creek Veterinarian Clinic with our African Grey Willy. What I liked most was that we were never given false hope that this would be a miracle trip. It was explained to us in detail the risk, given his conversation with our Vet. Willy did not survive, but everyone was so wonderful to Willy in his last hour. While ours is not a story with a happy ending, it is one of unconditional admiration for every staff member we encountered. Thank you everyone for your kindness and compassion.
I brought my bunny to Cedar Creek for his first wellness exam and neuter. The staff are very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Robinson was very good with my rabbit in the exam room and Dr. Nolan performed his neuter. Appropriate pain management after the procedure and my bunny is doing great. The prices are fair and their hours work for a busy student!
My kitten, Scrubs, has been seen here since I've adopted him and I've had nothing but a great experience. All of the staff is SO nice and my kitten actually doesn't mind going to the vet. Recently, he swallowed a dime which got stuck in his small intestines so he had to have surgery to get it removed. Dr. Nolan called multiple times to update me on his condition and put my mind at ease. I couldn't be more grateful for the quality of care and always know Scrubs is in good hands.
