If I could give this office less than 1 star I would. I was a patient of Dr Ilkhani , once she left this office went to crap! She is a tough act to follow ! I’m waiting 1 year for money that they shouldn’t have billed me for to be returned to me. The front desk ( all older women who should be kind ) all look like someone peed in their cornflakes! Such a great team of doctors and staff that go above and beyond! They take their time and give you the best care always!
Front desk staff at this office is so unorganized and rude. My prescription could not be filled back in May because I was due for a physical. (Last one was in August so I was confused by this) I called and they said doesn’t matter need to come in to get your meds refilled. I go in today for appointment and another patient was at the counter with the same issue but being charged since she’s not there for a physical even though that’s what she was told she needed to be there for to get her meds refilled. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Halari and the entire team at this practice. Making an appointment was super easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. Dr. Halari always provides the best care during my visits, taking the time to listen and ensuring I feel comfortable and well-informed. Sandy, the practice manager, is equally amazing.
