Front desk staff at this office is so unorganized and rude. My prescription could not be filled back in May because I was due for a physical. (Last one was in August so I was confused by this) I called and they said doesn’t matter need to come in to get your meds refilled. I go in today for appointment and another patient was at the counter with the same issue but being charged since she’s not there for a physical even though that’s what she was told she needed to be there for to get her meds refilled. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Halari and the entire team at this practice. Making an appointment was super easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. Dr. Halari always provides the best care during my visits, taking the time to listen and ensuring I feel comfortable and well-informed. Sandy, the practice manager, is equally amazing. Sandy and Dr Halari are always very helpful. It is easy to make an appointment. When I need immediate assistance I can always email the practice manager Sandy and she goes above and beyond to help. The entire staff are always very friendly
I have just seen a notation on my MyChart account saying that I need a cognitive examination. It seems that Dr Halari and staff think I am developmentally challenged....or maybe I have Alzheimer's. There is no basis for this. I have reasonable intelligence and I think clearly. I might not have the best social skills in the world but I don't think I need a cognitive examination. End of story.
