I was fortunate enough to be a walk-in today. Shampoo, trim, blowout. My hair looks and feels so much better than it did walking in. The salon is beautiful and clean. Professional atmosphere, friendly and attentive stylists. Helen asked the right questions to get to know me, my hair, how I prefer to style it etc. So patient and welcoming! The service was the perfect blend of personal and prompt. I will recommend and return!

The haircut is fine, but when discussing color I was very clear that I love my greys and that I’d like to try to keep as many as possible. During the stage when they asked how I like it I noted that I could only still see a couple of them, the stylist commented “yep we covered those up!” As if that was what I wanted. It definitely made me feel that my wants were not paid attention to, and strongly affected how I feel about an already massive change to my appearance.
