The only reasons I gave a 2 Star review is because: 1. The pizza is fantastic anytime I get it. 2. on the contrary, on May 31, at 9pm, we went for pizza, walked in, passed the sign stating the hours to 10, and as soon as we walk through the door, we were greeted by an abrupt "We're closed, guys." We confused turned around and left. I understand entirely that it costs to keep a business open, however, if you are stating hours, you have to keep them.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Bill and Kelly. My mom went in today while I was at therapy and they went above and beyond all expectations to accommodate her. The donation they gave for our trivia night is very much appreciated. They made a huge gesture for my family that was very unexpected. Besides the food being great the customer service was beyond anything I could imagine. Thanks from family and I will make sure to return your generosity. Chris
Slow service been there 4 times 3 times they screwed up the order. They are too busy texting talking and setting around

Just got raw boneless buffalo wings.
I haven't had a good experience in my past 2 orders from this location in Festus. I love CWP pizza. But this location has over cooked our order and ruined our dinner twice now. Plus our deliver boy (drives a white car) always has his girlfriend smoking in the car with him when he delivers. Personally I'm not a smoker and I find this disgusting. Plus why does he need his girlfriend to go with him to deliveries??? (She's not a new hire in training) I'm willing to give another chance. But after that I'm going to Pizza Hut from ... read more
While others complained tonight, we had a great experience. Our waiter was very kind, on top of things, right there when we needed him. He even tried to tell me the tip was too much. This was only our 2nd time there but by far the best. They were very busy and the kitchen was a little slow, but we expect that any restaraunt on a Saturday evening. We ordered a large pizza, 2 salads, and 4 kids spaghettis and were there only an hour.
Was okay when I got there but when I had to wait 53 minutes for a pizza and it was the wrong pizza and they forgot my appetizer I'm sorry I would not recommend this place to anyone who will be calling the manager tomorrow and talking to him. It looks like all the people that work there just got their heads up their ass walking around not doing nothing and have to pay $2.16 for soda . This place just pisses me off
2 weeks in a row Iv attempted to go to Cecil whittakers twice, and both times ended up walking out, first time cause nobody would clean the tables off and didn't get any service or asked if I needed help and this time cause we waited 45 min for 2 sandwiches and a salad, and the people that walked in after us got their food first, and our waitress didn't even come to out table but once and she gave us dirty plates!
