Take it from a former employee, you don't want to eat here.
Stopped in for the first time with the family on our way back from St Louis.. staff were friendly, service was great, pizza was awesome and the beer was cold!!!
Came in to order some Bosco Sticks for lunch. I was told 5 minutes and waited for more than 15. There where only two other tables at the time and I could see the people in the back standing around and playing on their phones. Doubt I'll be back.
Good food if they get the order right. I guess it's hard to find good help these days.
Glad they came back to festus after many years of being gone. Wish there was one in Bonne Terre/Terre Du Lac area.
Worst service ever! My family and I just sat there for 20 minutes while the waitress waited on everyone else thta came in after us. So needless to say we left.
It's 11:30 on Sun day, I put a $120 order in for pickup with a manager last night, said we'd be able to pick it up at 11:15 today, and lo and behold, at 11:30 no one is there to open the doors, meanwhile there are employees waiting outside to get in..thanks Cecil's for a ruined birthday party. What a ridiculous excuse of a business.

Probably the worst service I've ever had! Ordered food at 11:30 a.m. The woman taking my order had told me they were having "issues" with their delivery driver, and my food would take about 30 mins. Or so. I stated that is fine. After an hour going by I called to check on my food and they said its on its way. When the delivery driver got here he didn't have any of the drinks.
