Came in sat down workers too busy to even acknowledge our existence, after 15 minutes of waiting, phones going crazy line at the counter that is bad customer service!!! I have walked out 3 times because of this seems like it's not getting any better

So sorry this happened to you. We have a totally new crew and are going through the training process with all of them at the moment. No excuse for not even acknowledging you. Even if it was going to be a few minutes before they could get to you. If you’d like to discuss anything you can call the store and ask for a manager.
It's been a while since I've eaten here since the service was so bad the last few times I've dined in. I figured I would give it another chance with delivery. Well that was a mistake. I placed my order and was told the total was $20 and some change and when they delivered it the price was $23.27. I get it's not much difference, but that's not right being told two different prices. I'm so sorry about that, Nikki Schmaltz! We get our hamburger fresh from our distributor! If you wanted to call up the store tomorrow morning or shoot us a message, we would be glad to fix this situation.
If I could give 0/5 stars I would. After sitting and waiting for our food for 30 minutes the waitress brings us our food but it is the other tables pizza. When confronted the waitress her response was “I’m sorry were just so busy we didn’t even know”. The other table even got seated 15 minutes after us. Poor customer service ran by children.

Cannot leave a 0 star wish I could. Absolute horrendously ran establishment. Not even going to get any further into my experience. Enough of my time has been wasted. Save yourself the headache and get a frozen pizza. Atleast youll get your food and be able to eat. I have no idea how this place is even in business.

I would give them a 0 if I could. We waited a half hour for our pizza once we ordered. When it came out it was not pur pizza. It was actually the people's pizza next to us, who ordered 20 min after we did. Waitress said it was really busy and that's why they forgot about our pizzas. There was young kids coming in and hanging out at the counter talking to the workers. I'm sure that's why we didn't get our shit. We were staying at the Holiday Inn Express, here in town. We called another Pizza place first, and they said 1 1/2 wait for delivery. Kinda sucked, but we said that would be ok. He then asked for our address. I told him we were at the Holiday Inn Express. He said he needed an address. Uggg. We had no idea what the address was! It's the only hotel in town with that name! Buddy waited over an hour for his medium bacon pizza. Asked server Justin for our pizza multiple times and he ignored and walked passed us.. place has done nothing but go down hill since I left.
