PATTY AS CE IS AMAZING AND COMPETENT! SHE IS ALWAYS THE BEST HELP AT ANY CE LOCATION IN OKLAHOMA. I LITERALLY WOULD GO TO HER FIRST EVEN THOUGH WE ARE BASED OUT OF NORMAN OK. SHE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER SERVICE. IF SHE IS NOT THE MANAGER, SHE NEEDS TO BE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR AN HVAC COMPANY FOR 3 YRS NOW AND THIS HANDS DOWN IS THE BEST SERVICE I'VE EVER GOTTEN AT ANY CE LOCATION IN OKLAHOMA.

A parts house for a terrible product. There’s a reason this place is inefficient and it starts at the corporate level.
This is the worst parts house of them all. You sit on hold forever, they never answer the phones. Half of them act like they don’t know what they are doing.
