If I could give a negative star I would. Every time I call into the store, the automated message praises ordering something online, but anything you look up you have to call the store for availability and price. What is the purpose of offering it online if we still have to end up calling the store? Every time I call, I am on hold for 20 to 30 minutes before someone will answer the phone. The most incompetent people in the HVAC industry. Not one time can they get an order right. And they Don’t care one bit. Every order I made last summer is wrong and they don’t know where it’s at. I’m not even sure they know what air conditioner’s are. They cancel My order I been waiting on for four months. Did they call me and tell me equipments sitting there for two weeks. The worst HVAC distributor in Tulsa. THE WORST!!! Lazy and unintelligent workers and an attitude whenever you ask a question. If I didn't have to come here for parts, I wouldn't.
Very rude and almost hit my truck with there loaders. Driver wasn't paying attention
