A parts house for a terrible product. There’s a reason this place is inefficient and it starts at the corporate level.
This is the worst parts house of them all. You sit on hold forever, they never answer the phones. Half of them act like they don’t know what they are doing.
HVAC parts for Carrier, Payne and Bryant.
Darcy was knowledgeable & friendly. Pleasant atmosphere. A+
Everytime I come into this parts house I have to wait an absurd amount of time and get treated like I come second to a phone call or email. I will never sell carrier products unless I need a one off part.
