Nice folks let me stay along the curb til morning. Delivered to 3rd dock. Its best to go t second entrance and come around then pull back out to back up . Unless no other vehicle is there, then you can pull in and turn around
Constantly and consistently give techs the wrong parts. Most recently I Gave them model and serial of a 01 furnace with a bad blower motor. It’s made by them and they sent me the completely wrong motor that will not work. So now a customer is out of air for another week cause they don’t know what there doing. Complete disaster will never recommend a carrier ever. It’s not just one time it’s been a lot this is just the most recent.
