I was on hold for 3 hours yesterday
It’s very tough to dock in very small spaces
Nice place. Dock is a little tricky my advice back in off the street so you can sight side back. Nice people, started unloading me as soon as I bumped the dock.
The warehouse mgr, In my opinion needs additional training when interacting with drivers and maybe customers. As well. But all I can say Don't be late and don't be to early with your appt. Because it doesn't matter if they busy or not you will have a hard time getting seen and may or may not catch an attitude if you question it.
First of all I’m a technician and a business owner and have purchased a few units from ce , I called tech supp today trying to help a customer with a problem and had to leave a message for tech support they called back after I left ( gave up on them calling back) and they ask for 75.00$ for them to take my call , needless to say I sold the customer a new Trane system. Bad policies after purchase not good for business
