Constantly and consistently give techs the wrong parts. Most recently I Gave them model and serial of a 01 furnace with a bad blower motor. It’s made by them and they sent me the completely wrong motor that will not work. So now a customer is out of air for another week cause they don’t know what there doing. Complete disaster will never recommend a carrier ever. It’s not just one time it’s been a lot this is just the most recent. It’s very tough to dock in very small spaces
Nice place. Dock is a little tricky my advice back in off the street so you can sight side back. Nice people, started unloading me as soon as I bumped the dock.
