Very long wait time and little to no explanation of my scan given. I would not recommend.
I was really impressed with how well the staff took care of me. The person who scheduled my appointment accidentally scheduled me for the day after, but the staff did what they could to quickly take care of me. The X-ray technician was very friendly and helped keep me calm and comfortable. I have had a very stressful week, and that particular day had been the most stressful, but she was able to calm my nerves. From the moment I walk up to reception desk, every person is pleasant and helpful.
I was recommended to CDI by a top endocrinologist because of their quality of imaging and expertise with the thyroid. The staff was incredibly attentive and comforting and the tech was so helpful and calming. They helped me feel safe in the middle of an unsettling diagnosis. I will be returning for my yearly thyroid imaging. Highly recommend CDI Oviedo!!
I walked in because I came from the pediatrician office next door. They fit me in and I was in within 30 minutes or so. I can't tell you how much this means to me when I have a four-year-old that is hurting. Thank you so very much!
Staff were very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and explained the whole procedure as it was my first MRI ... I will definitely use them again for any future services!
