I went to the Oviedo location yesterday....My appointment time was only off by maybe 5 minutes...Receptionist and my Radiologist were both very friendly. No problems with my visit. If needed, I would return to this location.
I’VE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE...FRONT DESK STAFF IS GREAT , DR.BOVE IS TRULY THE BEST, AND HIS TEAM COMPLIMENTS HIM WELL....I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CDI...👍👍👍👍👍
i was treated like a criminal, because been Hispanic and with insurance. they did not believe me that i had insurance. but if i was other race beside Hispanic..they would not question my insurance treat it me like a criminal..i would not recommend this place to my family members and friends..
Although it was late, they took me for same day xrays. Everyone was pleasant although we did not get out until way after 5. Very professional, friendly and empathetic. Thank you!

I was so concerned about my procedure - how much pain or discomfort could I expect - but their staff immediately put me at ease. Procedure was almost completely painless! (Two LITTLE needle pricks - that's all I felt!) Staff was very courteous and caring throughout the whole process! All my worry was for nothing. I felt well taken care of, and in the most professional way!
