Staff were fantastic! Friendly, efficient and very responsive to questions. Bravo! Was told about the website which is a great idea. Unfortunately, there is a problem with the programing in the initial sign on and password set that requires users to use a desktop computer because part of the sign on screen can't be seen on a laptop. I'm guessing cdi could afford a technology fix on this issue for the 50% of us who have laptops.
Everyone at cdi was nice and answered all questions. The woman I think her name is Lisa who did my bone scan was amazing she went over every detail so I really understood the process and made sure I was comfortable.
The lady I had for my bone scans was awesome. I would definitely come back and recommend everyone to go here for anything they need done.
Dr. Eklund is the greatest! So is Dr. Gina! I look forward to every appointment - and I am here pretty frequently.
This is the best imaging experience I've ever had. The ability to register online and also find out what to wear to my appointment, how long it will take, and what the procedure entails. Even thought the office was packed, they made me feel like I was the only patient there. They also get high grades in caring and compassion. Thanks, CDI!!!
