I was very satisfied with the same day appointment but what we didn’t like was that the person scheduling us today mentioned nothing about what to bring and since this was a car accident and we knew they already had the information we didn’t bring health insurance with. They told us we would either need to reschedule or pay out of pocket for an MRI! Luckily we found her insurance ID and group number in our clinics my chart. It would have been nice to know we needed to bring this so that we were prepared. 🤷♀️🤦♀️

I could repeat what the person below said!! The staff were all pleasant and helpful. My scheduling was quick for my c-scan, ordered by my dentist. I was very pleased and had my procedure soon, as I needed it.
Was very pleased from scheduling to having my procedure. All staff were pleasant, professional and efficient. I originally had this order for MRI back in Nov but symptoms went away and cancelled appointment. Was instructed that order would be in file I think for 90 days. So when symptoms came back was able to schedule appointment without starting all over at doctors office. Was able to schedule promptly and at CDI location near my home. Good place to go. People treat you very well and the doctors are the best.
They set up an appointment for me that they wouldn't even take. Whoever made my appointment was sloppy. It takes 10 day minimum from any other cortisone shot before they can give another. They set the appointment for 4 days. I had to change all of my plans to get there and then they sent me home. NOT happy.
Easy directions to the locations in Woodbury. The staff was very kind and helpful. I will recommend your facility to others. I was truly impressed with staff and procedure.
